                       Regular Maintenance

 Includes:

  • 25–35% water change

  • Light gravel vacuum

  • Wiping algae from glass

  • Cleaning tank exterior

  • water parameter check

  • Rinsing filter sponge in tank water

  • Basic Health Check (see below)

                   STANDARD CLEANING

Includes:

  • 30–50% water change

  • Medium gravel vacuum (2–3 inches deep)

  • Full glass cleaning

  • Rinse filter sponge AND housing

  • Light décor wipe-down

  • Minor rearranging of decorations(if wanted)

  • Water parameter check

  • Basic Health Check

 Deep cleaning

Includes:

  • 50–70% water change

  • Full gravel vacuuming (deep cleaning)

  • Scrubbing algae from glass & decorations

  • Removing and rinsing décor

  • Cleaning filter housing and media

  • Entire Layout rearrangement ( this is optional)

  • Planting Service

  • Water Parameter Check

  • Basic Health Check

Basic Health Check — Included in All Cleaning Services

I will carefully look over all fish in your tank to make sure they appear healthy.
This includes:

  • Checking for visible injuries (fin tears, missing scales, redness, swelling).

  • Watching for unusual behavior (hiding, heavy breathing, floating weird, not eating).

  • Looking for signs of disease like:

    • white spots

    • cotton-like growths

    • clamped fins

    • bloating

    • rapid gill movement

    • flashing (fish rubbing on surfaces)

  • Checking that all fish are active and behaving normally for their species.

If I see anything concerning, I will let you know right away and explain what I think might be happening.

Extra Fees & Add-Ons

  • Filter media replacement: cost + $5 install fee

  • Decoration / plant replacement (if not part of Deep Clean): cost + $5–10

  • Travel fee (30+ minutes away): +$15

  • Emergency / same-day cleaning: +$10

  • Travel fee (30+ minutes away)  $15

  • plant pick up $15

Base Price (Deep Clean 75 gal): $90
Additional Fees: $15 + $15 = $30

Total Quote: $90 + $30 = $120
